Royal Air Force Bomb Disposal personnel landed on the Falkland Islands in May 1982 as part of Operation Corporate.
When the conflict ended, they remained and throughout the following decades dealt with every manner of weaponry and munitions left from the war to protect service personnel and the civilian population of those islands.
